Well this is the bit where I talk about myself for a little while. well no time like the present, my name is Laura and I was working in the travel industry until 3 weeks ago. I use to work for a travel insurance firm, for the purposes of not being damaging I shall not name the firm. The purpose behind setting up this blog is to educate travellers. Why? you may as, well working in the insurance industry I have come across so many cases where individuals claims get rejected based on procedures and technicalities.
